Being a beginner myself it took me a little while to settle in with this Mat but it was worth the wait. It has a very nice texture and is very grippy. It comes with a tie that is surprisingly useful! You can get away without a bag with this mat.
I have been using cheaper mats for years and never saw the point of upgrading but the difference is fantastic! Wish I got one sooner. The material feels lovely and less like rubber but still very grippy.
