Our glutes are super important for the physical functioning and connectedness of our whole body, and help stabilise our lower halves. The unity that we strive for in yoga is underpinned by this alignment and harmony throughout our joints, muscles and bones. 


Regularly toning our glutes, stretching them out and working on our glute strength is the cornerstone of any healthy and holistic exercise regime. 


Practicing poses focused on our glutes not only prevents injury, but also helps us get better at working out too - improving our glute strength is often key to good or high performance of our chosen sport or exercise routine.
