A moment of meditation

Andrés Norèn is the Founder & Director of Still Moments Meditation. 

He is a long term teacher of Vedic Meditation. Mentored by leaders in the field, he completed his training in Northern India at the foot of the Himalayas.

Andrés applies this ancient health and wellbeing technology in a contemporary and relatable way, with an approach that focuses on the immediate and everyday experiences of his clients.

He is committed to helping his clients to find the peace, balance and inner strength so that they can inhabit their lives more fully, taking a step towards a sustainable, creative and fulfilling future.

 Andrés teaches and mentors professionals and creatives from diverse fields and industries, both in the UK and internationally. He is based in London.

A Still Moment can be uniquely described as a radical, yet intimate conversation with yourself. One that explores the possibility that within the everyday, present within the everyday, present in the commonplace, right under our noses there may be an entirely different living experience available to us. Not a conceptual thing, something to read, remember & repeat.  But a deeper way to be & a whole new way to live. Offering ourselves back to life like a gift.  Surrendering to the simple act of arriving as you are. With a willingness to be tended & transformed.
